Sad Update: Mark Scott from St-Pascal-Baylon, Ontario has been located Deceased

We have a sad update this morning. 18-year-old Mark Scott from St-Pascal-Baylon, Ontario has been found dead after having been reported missing by family.

The young man was last seen at the community hall in St-Pascal-Baylon just after midnight on Saturday, Jan. 28.

We offer our condolences to his family and friends and thank those who shared his missing person post.
