Missing Man in Toronto, Ontario – Roger Babcock, 79

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Roger Babcock, 79, was last seen on Sunday, January 29, 2023, at 2:07 p.m., in the Bay Street and Elm Street area.
He is described as 5’11”, with grey and white hair, and is clean shaven. He was last seen wearing a black coat, a rust-coloured flannel jacket, black boots, and a black baseball cap.
Police are concerned for his safety.
