The Ottawa Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Rachelle Desroches, 53. She also goes by the name Francis.
She was last seen on March 14th on Elgin Street in front of the McDonald’s.
She is known to frequent Centre 507, THE WELL (275 Elgin Street) and the downtown core.
Although it is unknown exactly what she was wearing last, she often wears dark clothing/pants and possibly a dark-coloured poncho.
Anyone with information on her current whereabouts is asked to call the Missing Persons Unit at 613-236-1222, extension 2355.
