🚨 Missing Man and Woman in Nanaimo, BC Found Safe
Nanaimo RCMP has confirmed that both the 30-year-old man and the 33-year-old woman who were previously reported missing have been located safe.
The pair had last been heard from on July 20 and were believed to be travelling on a white sailboat. Concerns were raised after the man’s limited contact, which family and friends described as unusual.
On August 17, police confirmed that the woman and the vessel were found. In a further update on August 18, RCMP announced that the man had also been “located safe and sound.” Authorities thanked the public for the outpouring of tips that helped locate both individuals in a timely manner.
