Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Tyla McNeil from Halifax. She was last seen on July 31 around 9 p.m. in Halifax. There is no information to suggest that Tyla has met with foul play, however police are concerned for her well-being.
