A 5-year-old boy who went missing Friday morning in the Musquodoboit Valley area of Halifax Regional Municipality has been found safe, according to RCMP.
An emergency alert was issued after he was last seen at 7:50 a.m. He has since been located and is safe.
The RCMP thanks Nova Scotians for their help through social media shares and tips in assisting with missing persons cases.
