The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 38-year-old female; Cynthia PARISIAN. Parisian was last seen on March 7, 2019, in the North End area of Winnipeg.
Parisian is described as Indigenous, 5’1″ in height, 180lbs, long brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue vest, black pants and brown Timberland dress shoes with high heels.
Anyone with information regarding Cynthia Parisian’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at (204) 986-6250 or 911.
