🚨 COLD CASE: MISSING WOMAN IN HAMILTON, ONTARIO – DANA ZELIC, 26 (AT DISAPPEARANCE) – LAST SEEN AUGUST 30, 1999
Dana Zelic was last seen at her mother’s apartment in Hamilton’s east end on the evening of August 30, 1999. She was 26 years old.
Her mother saw her asleep at 2:30 a.m. By morning, Dana was gone. She left behind her identification, money, clothing, medication and all personal belongings. Her disappearance is completely out of character.

🚨 Case Details
Dana grew up in Hamilton, attended Delta Secondary School, and enjoyed drama class. She travelled for several years after graduation. At the time of her disappearance, she had enrolled in a tourism course and planned to get her own place.
There was a possible sighting of Dana at a Take Back the Night march on September 17, 1999. She reportedly called a friend in August 2000 from Mississauga. Another possible sighting was reported in 2002 at a Chapters bookstore in the Hamilton area.
It has now been over 26 years with no confirmed contact. Hamilton Police Service continues to investigate with the Victims of Crime Unit.
