Nathan Wise, a 37-year-old man at the time of his disappearance who was born with Down syndrome, has been missing from Toronto, Ontario since May 12, 2023.
He was last seen around 7 p.m. in the Shepherd Avenue and Jane Street area. Nathan left without his wallet or cellphone. He is believed to have been trying to travel to his late father’s house in Kitchener.

🚨 Case Details
Nathan was high-functioning and could be independent depending on the environment. He loved talking about sports and was known as a kind person. His disappearance is completely out of character.
