In mid-August 2010, Amber Tuccaro went to Edmonton with a friend to go shopping. The very same day she arrived from her hometown of Fort McMurray, she would disappear, never to be seen again. Amber would join the staggering ranks of Canada’s unsolved MMIW cases, and the complete and total failure of the RCMP to properly investigate her case made headlines across Canada. We hope that her story inspires our viewers to do something about this crisis, even if it’s just spreading awareness.
