The Intimate Partner Violence Unit of the Peel Regional Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a former federal parolee who is currently at large and may be in the Region of Peel. Peel police issued a public safety advisory on Thursday, May 25, regarding Kyle Andrews, a 39-year-old individual known to be a “prolific offender.”
Kyle Andrews is wanted for numerous Criminal Code offences, including unauthorized possession of a firearm, reckless discharge of a firearm, knowledge of unauthorized firearm possession, possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition, careless use of a firearm or weapon, possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes, possession of a firearm, forcible confinement, assault, choking, suffocating, strangling, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and flight from a peace officer.
Authorities believe that Andrews may be operating a 2014 White Mercedes GK2 bearing Ontario licence plate CXCC550. It is important to note that he is considered armed and dangerous, and the public is advised not to approach him. In the event of a sighting, it is crucial to contact 911 immediately.
