York Regional Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing vulnerable 14-year-old girl from Vaughan who played a character on science-fiction show Orphan Black, Const. Andy Pattenden said.
Skyler Wexler, who played Kira Manning on the show, was last see Oct. 17 at noon when she left school in the area of Yonge Street and Finch Avenue in Toronto.
She is believed to have met a friend just before 4 p.m. in the area of St. George subway station, Pattenden said.
Police and Skyler’s family are concerned for her wellbeing as she requires medication that she doesn’t have with her.
She is described as white, five-foot, three-inches tall, 130 pounds with red, long curly hair.
Skyler wears glasses and was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket with fur trim, torn jeans and checkered Vans shoes.
