The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing youth. Carter, 14, was last seen on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the Morningside Avenue and Sewells Road area. Police are concerned for their safety.

- Weight: Approximately 80 lbs (36 kg)

- Hair: Black, curly
- Last Seen Wearing: Black Champion brand shirt, grey sweatpants and slippers with socks
- Last Seen: September 10, 2026 at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the Morningside Avenue and Sewells Road area, Toronto
