Kingston Police is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing female Cecilia TARDIFF, 31 years of age.
She was reported missing by family on September 6, 2021 however, was last seen in the area of Brock Street in downtown Kingston on August 30, 2021. She is from the Ottawa area but may still be in the City of Kingston. Her current whereabouts are unknown and her family is concerned for her wellbeing.
TARDIFF is described as 5’2”, 110 lbs, with blue eyes and long brown hair, which is usually in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing a light blue knit dress, leopard print slip on shoes, and was carrying a pink purse with a bow as well as a grey duffel bag with pink trim.
