The Victoria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing vulnerable elderly man with dementia named Paul.

He was last seen on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at approximately 12:15 p.m. after climbing over a fence at his care facility in the 900 block of Arm Street.
