🚨 MISSING MAN IN VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA – CLEMENT, 41 – LAST SEEN APRIL 26, 2026
The VICTORIA POLICE DEPARTMENT (VicPD) is asking for the public’s help to locate Clement.
Clement, 41, was last seen on April 26 at 4:51 a.m. leaving his residence in the 100 block of Gorge Road East wearing a black ball cap, dark blue puffy vest, grey long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black runners, black backpack and a lanyard with possibly an ID holder.
Clement is described as an Aboriginal male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 5 inches tall.
He may have left Victoria and either taken a ferry to the mainland or travelled up-island to Nanaimo and taken a ferry from there.

Anyone with information on Clement’s whereabouts is asked to contact the E-Comm non-emergency line at 250-995-7654 ext. 1 and reference file number 26-16883.
