The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Vincent, 69, was last seen on Thursday, December 5, 2024, in the College Street and University Avenue area.
Vincent is described as 5’8″, 140lbs, with grey/black hair and brown eyes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
