The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Oliver, 36, was last seen on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at 1 p.m., in the Dufferin Street and College Street area.
Oliver is described as 6’1″, 174lbs, slim build, and has black and grey medium-length dreadlocks. Oliver was last seen wearing a heavy blue jacket, grey pants, and white shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
