The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Dwayne, 51, was last seen on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 2:10 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
Dwayne is described as 5’7″, 135 lbs., with grey hair and blue eyes. Dwayne was last seen wearing a black coat with yellow accents, a grey sweater, black pants with white stripes, white/red/black shoes and a blue medical mask.
Police are concerned for their safety.
