The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Joseph, 27, was last seen on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 1 p.m., in the Lawrence Avenue East and Manses Road area.
Joseph is described as 5’7″, 165 lbs., thin build, with black straight hair and black beard and goatee. Joseph was last seen wearing a navy and royal blue jacket, black hooded sweater and black jogging pants.
Police are concerned for their safety.
