Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing individual from Kingston, Joel NAUMANN, who is 31 years of age.
NAUMANN was last seen on November 28, 2022 at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the area of the 1200 block of Midland Avenue, south of Cataraqui Woods Drive, located in Kingston’s west end. NAUMANN suffers from mental health concerns and his family is concerned for his wellbeing. NAUMANN’s current whereabouts is unknown.
Joel NAUMANN is described as Caucasian, 6’4” tall, 180 lbs, with a slim build, short brown hair and a brown mustache.
