Surrey RCMP is updating the public that the 43-year-old man who was reported missing on September 12, 2023, has been located deceased.
On September 24, 2023, the missing man who was last seen in Coquitlam, BC, was located deceased. Criminality is not believed to be a factor in the death.
Surrey RCMP offers our sincerest condolences to the friends and family of the deceased.

Surrey RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance with locating a missing 51-year-old man.
On September 12, 2023, Surrey RCMP received a report that David Edward Deline was missing. He was last seen on August 25, 2023, in Coquitlam, BC at a gas station near Mundy Park. Police and family are concerned for David’s wellbeing due to the length of time he has been out of contact.
David Deline is described as a 51-year-old man, 5’6, 150 lbs. with short greying hair, brown eyes and greying facial hair. David Deline usually wears glasses and has tattoos on his neck and left arm.
