The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 38-year-old female; Cynthia PARISIAN. Parisian was last seen on March 7, 2019, in the North End area of Winnipeg.
Parisian is described as Indigenous, 5’1″ in height, 180lbs, long brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue vest, black pants and brown Timberland dress shoes with high heels.
