Death Investigation: Person Found Deceased in London, Ontario Residence Identified as Jamie Roque

The London Police Service has identified the person found deceased inside a London, Ontario residence as Jamie Roque, who had been previously reported missing on February 14, 2026. At this time, the death does not appear suspicious in nature.
The Major Crime Section continues to work in connection with the office of the Chief Coroner as the investigation remains ongoing.
Background
On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at approximately 6:50 p.m., members of the London Police Service responded to a residence just south of the downtown core — in the area of Adelaide Street South and Maud Street — after receiving a call regarding a deceased person. Officers located and confirmed the person was deceased at the scene. The investigation was subsequently reassigned to the Major Crime Section, which began working with the Chief Coroner’s office to identify the deceased and determine the cause of death.
