Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old youth from Dartmouth. Teleia Allen was last seen on September 1, 2026 in Dartmouth. There is no information to suggest that she has met with foul play, however police are concerned for her well-being.
