🚨 MISSING MAN IN KINGSTON, ONTARIO – RICHARD, 45

The KINGSTON POLICE are seeking assistance in locating 45-year-old Richard.

Richard is believed to be in the Kingston area with his vehicle, a 2014 white Dodge Journey bearing Ontario license plate CAJT658. The vehicle possibly has a spare tire or ‘donut’ as one of the four tires.
