$100,000 Reward Announced in Search for Missing Barrie Woman Autumn Shaganash
Barrie Police have doubled the reward to $100,000 for information that could help solve the disappearance of Autumn Shaganash, a 27-year-old woman missing since June 10, 2023.
Autumn was last seen leaving a residence in the Letitia Heights area around 10 a.m. that Saturday. She walked toward Barrie’s waterfront with a friend to attend the air show.
Video surveillance captured the pair on Shelley Lane heading toward Sunnidale Road, then walking south on Sunnidale Road at Letitia Street. That was the final confirmed sighting of Autumn.
Her sister shared a heartfelt message: “I think about my sister every day and hope that she could come home to us. And we really miss her deeply.”
The case remains open, with Barrie Police confident that someone holds key information. Sgt. Brett Carleton said: “We will never stop working to find Autumn and bring her home to her family.”
