On Friday September 15, 2017 at approximately 8:45am, a school age child was at the corner of Rhonda/Willow Road when a blue four door car, which had been circling the area stopped. A white male exited the vehicle and began gesturing towards the child to come over to his car to see the baby of the second male who was driving the vehicle. The girl walked away from the males. The males then left the area circled the streets once more and were last seen headed southbound on Rhonda Rd.
Police would like to locate these males.
Description of 1st male:
Brown Skin/Black Hair 40-50 years. Clean shaven.
Wearing Dark Blue shirt and white shorts
Description of 2nd male:
White male / Blonde Hair 40-50 years
Wearing a white and black shirt and camo pants
Vehicle description:
Blue 4 door car
