The City of Erie Police Department is asking the public to be on the lookout for Evangeline Swisher, a 16-year-old girl from Erie who is considered endangered and at risk of self-harm.
Evangeline was reported missing on November 25, 2025 and was last seen around 6:00 p.m. that day in the 900 block of W. 25th Street. Erie police are very concerned for her safety and urging anyone with information to come forward immediately.
