There is a heavy police presence in the area of Beech Street and Palace Street in Whitby. Officers are searching for a missing male.

Zachary, 18 years old, functions at the level of an 8-year-old and was last seen this morning at approximately 5:30 am. He is nonverbal and not wearing any clothing.

If you see Zachary please call the police immediately.
