The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person named Emma, aged 38. Emma was last seen in the Pape Avenue and Gerrard Street East area on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 12 p.m.
Emma is described as having a medium build and black hair, with a height of 5’3″.
