Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a mother and her three children.
In December 2023 investigators from East Division began a complex investigation regarding the whereabouts of three children and their mother. Throughout the investigation there has been no safety concerns for the children and numerous processes have taken place between the courts and the Children’s Aid Society. Investigators have been in contact with the mother, however have been unable to locate her or the children and she is no longer cooperating with police.
If anyone knows the location of Leon (11), Christopher (10), Thomas (9) or their mother please call your local police department.
On Wednesday, January 24, 2024 a warrant was issued for the arrest of Astrid Schiller.
Astrid SCHILLER, age 54 of Clarington is wanted for Abduction by Parent x3 and Disobey Court Order.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact their local police department, in Durham Regional please call at 905-579-1520.

The Durham Regional Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate three missing children.
10 year old, Christopher, 11 year old, Leon, and 9 year old, Thomas, were last seen at their school in Clarington.
There is no physical description available for Christopher, Leon, or Thomas at this time. Please see attached photos.
Police believe that they may be Northern Ontario.
