Happy CHARLES was last seen on the 3rd of April, 2017 near the YWCA in Prince Albert, SK.

Surveillance video indicates she had been in the area of Prince Albert Collegiate Institute High School on 20th Street West.

Happy’s family believes that she was murdered and have organized numerous community searches for her remains. They have also been advocating for a family liaison office with authorities for other families suffering a similar loss. A man seen with Happy in surveillance footage was identified and questioned in 2019 but was found to have no role in her disappearance. Happy remains missing.

CHARLES is described as an aboriginal female 5’3″, 112 lbs , brown eyes, long dark brown hair and wore glasses. Prior to her disappearance, she was wearing Black leather biker jacket, light blue jeans, grey baseball hat, prescription glasses and black Starter backpack.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Charles is asked to contact Prince Albert police at 306-953-4222 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
