The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault.
It is alleged that:
on Sunday, May 14, 2023, at approximately 1:15 p.m., a women was walking on the trails at the south end of Chine Drive
a man emerged from the brush, had a verbal interaction with the women, then sexually assaulted her
the man was last seen running toward Brimley Road
It is further alleged that:
on Monday May 15, 2023, at approximately 10:30 a.m., another women was walking on the same trails
the same man approached the women and had a verbal interaction with her
the verbal interaction made the women uncomfortable and she fled the area
The man is described as 20-30s, white, with medium length black hair, and unshaved. He was wearing ripped light coloured blue jeans and a red plaid shirt.
