🚨 Missing Teen in Kipawa, Quebec — Marley Vaillancourt, 16, Last Seen August 31, 2025
Eric Vaillancourt says he’s a heartbroken father who just wants to hear his daughter’s voice.
Marley Vaillancourt, 16, has been missing since Sunday. She was last seen in Kipawa, Quebec, at her father’s outfitter’s camp between noon and 1 p.m. on Aug. 31.
“I need to hear her voice. I’m devastated and heartbroken. I feel hopeless,” Vaillancourt told The Nugget Thursday afternoon.
Vaillancourt said there was nothing out of the ordinary the day she went missing. There was no argument or fight.
“Everything was normal,” he said.
Marley is described as 5’3”, 100 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black jogging pants, black sneakers, and a blue camouflage backpack.
Her picture and description have been circulating around social media platforms and is posted on Missing Children Society of Canada.
Vaillancourt said Hamilton Police Service are also working the case, as well as, Surete du Quebec.
He said the frustrating part is that if you can’t detain a 16-year-old in Ontario, all the police can do is ask her to call home.
Vaillancourt said there have been tips and information coming in.
“Right now, the biggest lead is that she left with a guy who lives in Hamilton. Police are looking into it, but there’s been no confirmation, and she hasn’t been spotted,” he said.
“I guess they met over the Internet. She was with me at the camp the entire summer. How did she get to Hamilton? I have no idea, maybe he picked her up.”
Vaillancourt said he has given the name to police, but whether that’s his correct name is unknown.
“The guy looks between 27 and 35 years old. I’m worried about her safety.
As Vaillancourt breaks down in tears, he says “Marley is a straight-A student who loves school. She’s a perfect angel.”
If you have any information contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or 1-800-659-4264.
