OPP confirm death of missing 77 Year Old Lanark County man

The 77-year-old Lanark County man previously reported missing has been located deceased, police confirmed in a Tweet published at 6:36 p.m. on Thursday, May 4.

Police had previously asked for the public’s assistance to find the man who police say was last seen in the Dewitts Corners area at 7 p.m. on April 30. Dewitts Corners is located southwest of Perth.

“Thank you to everyone who assisted or shared the appeal for information,” police wrote in the Tweet confirming the death.
