🚨 MISSING YOUTH IN GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR – KENNETH NORRIS, 16 & LILY (LILLIAN) HURLEY, 17 – LAST SEEN MAY 5, 2026

Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP is asking for the public’s help locating two missing youth: 16-year-old Kenneth Norris and 17-year-old Lily (Lillian) Hurley.

The pair left on an ATV at approximately 2:45 p.m. on May 5, 2026 and have not returned or made contact with family.

🚨 Description

• Kenneth Norris: 16 (Male), white and orange FXR helmet, possibly wearing brown Carhartt hoodie, carrying a backpack
• Lily (Lillian) Hurley: 17 (Female), clothing unknown
• Vehicle: Orange 2018 Can-Am Outlander ATV, NL licence plate VGZ 276
• Last Seen: May 5, 2026 at 2:45 p.m. in Grand Falls-Windsor (frequents Beothuk area / Main Street West and New Bay Road)

🚨 How to Help

Police are unable to reach either youth via their cellphones. Ground Search and Rescue has been engaged. Anyone with information is asked to contact Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP immediately at 709-489-2121.
