Windsor police are looking for a missing 27-year-old woman.
Rupinder Kaur was last seen in the 100 block of Ouellette Avenue at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 17.
Rupinder was last seen wearing a red toque, a navy blue jacket, black pants, black shoes, and was carrying a champion brand backpack.
Anyone with information can contact police.
