The Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 65-year-old woman.
Penny Yaroshuk, 65, was last seen leaving her residence near 36 Street and 105 Avenue just before 8 a.m. this morning, Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2021.
Yaroschuk did not return home today, though family members have since located her 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander in the parking lot at Hermitage Park. Penny’s phone and purse were also found inside the vehicle.
Penny is described as female, 5’3″, medium build, with long white/grey hair. She was wearing a black jacket, olive green seat pants and beige fur boots when she left her residence this morning.
Her disappearance is out of character, and thus family and police are concerned for her safety and wellbeing. Penny also requires medication for various health conditions.
