Police are searching for a missing vulnerable male.
Police are searching for Douglas, a 51-year-old male who was last seen in March 2023 in the downtown Oshawa area. Douglas is described as male, White, approximately 5’8, 160lbs, with grey hair. Douglas may be in Whitby, and there are concerns for his well-being.
