The Elgin OPP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Frank (Franz), a 14-year-old missing teen who may be in Oxford County. Police and family are concerned for his wellbeing.
Frank was last seen leaving his home in Vienna on the evening of Friday, September 19, 2025. It is believed that he was at a gas station in Tillsonburg between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. that same evening.

- Build: Slim
- Hair: Light brown
- Eyes: Green
- Clothing: Black hoodie, grey or black beanie
- Last Seen Location: Vienna, possibly Tillsonburg gas station, Oxford County
