Update: Lennese Kuplu, 18 years old of Ottawa, has been charged with 2nd degree murder and Indignity to a dead human body in relation to the homicide of Susan Kuplu.

The Ottawa Police Major Crime Unit is now investigating the missing person file of Susan Kuplu as a homicide.

One person is in police custody and will be appearing in court tomorrow morning.

Ottawa Police will not make further comments on this file, at this time.
