The 70-year-old man who was reported missing in Whitehorse on April 21, 2024, has sadly been located deceased. The RCMP offers its condolences to his family and friends.
Police do not believe that criminality was a factor in this investigation. Further media enquiries are to be directed to the Yukon Coroner’s Service.

Whitehorse RCMP is seeking public assistance in locating Bruce Walker, who was reported missing on April 19, 2024. He was last seen on April 17, 2024, in the Porter Creek area of Whitehorse, Yukon.
Description of Mr. Walker:
Caucasian man,
age 70 years old,
5 ft 7 in (170 cm),
slim build,
brown, shoulder-length hair.
He may be wearing:
blue jeans,
glasses,
black jacket short,
grey toque, and
cowboy boots.
