The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Winston, 71, was last seen on Friday, June 28, 2024, at 11 a.m., in the Ellesmere Road and Neilson Road area.
Winston is described as 5’8”, 150 lbs., slim build, short black and grey hair with receding hair line.
Police are concerned for their safety.
