The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Shuqin, 75, was last seen on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at 10:30 a.m., in the Victoria Park Avenue and Finch Avenue East area.
Shuqin is described as 5′ with a medium build, grey shoulder length hair, likely in a ponytail. Shuqin was last seen wearing a red sweater, blue jeans and red shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
