The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Randy Kozma, 71, was last seen on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 12:20 p.m., in the Eglinton Avenue West and Wincott Drive area.
He is described as 5’8″, with a slim build, bald, and unshaven. He was last seen wearing circular glasses, brown pants, and a brown shirt.
Police are concerned for his safety.
