The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Philip, 70, was last seen on Friday, April 26, 2024, in the Queen Street East and Broadview Avenue area.
Philip is described as being 6’0″, medium build, bald, brown eyes, and wears prescription glasses.
Police are concerned for their safety.
