The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Joseph, 70, was last seen on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at 12 p.m., in the Springhurst Avenue and Dufferin Street area.
Joseph is described as 5’6″, slim build, medium-length grey/blonde hair, a grey unkempt beard, and blue eyes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
