The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
James, 69, was last seen on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 7 a.m., in the Richmond Street West/Simcoe Street area.
James is described as 6’, 150 lbs., with grey wavy hair. James was last seen wearing a yellow/green hoodie, with dark puffy vest, with dark pants, and dark shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
