The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Eugene, 81, was last seen on Monday, April 15, 2024, at 11:15 a.m., in the Lakeshore Boulevard West and Queens Avenue area.
Eugene is described as 5’8″, 161 lbs, brown eyes, bald and clean shaven. Eugene was last seen wearing a camo hat, brown button down shirt, grey vest, blue camo pants, with one brown sandal and one black boot.
Police are concerned for their safety.
